| 摘 要： | 目的专科性小病房晨间集体护理查房,通过应用护理程序,明确危重病人存在的护理问题,保证危重病人的护理质量。方法护理查房与晨间交接班相结合对危重病人病情分析,提出重点需要解决的护理问题,落实护理措施。结果与结论晨间护理查房具有个体化、针对性、时效性;护理病历和特护记录在体现专科护理内容、病情监测重点、护理记录客观、连续完整等方面明显提高;强化了专科理论与技能,实现危重病人整体护理的持续改进,分担临床护理责任压力,是护理人员提高业务能力、综合职业素质的有效途径。

| Abstract: | Objective To find out the nursing problem of the critically ill patients during morning ward round and ensure nursing quality.Methods By combining morning care and ward round,we knew the status of the critically ill patients,found out the possible problems.Then we made the nursing plan and decided on the measures to be taken.Results and Conclusion Morning care and ward round are efficient.The improvement of morning nursing skills can increase the holistic nursing quality of critically ill patients. |
