摘    要:目的 研究三磷酸腺苷-氯化镁对提高移植肝活力的作用。方法 以肝组织ATP含量及反映ATP产生能力的线粒体呼吸控制率(RCR)作为移植肝活力的指标,将行原位肝移植的狗随机分为两组,一组给予三磷酸腺苷-氯化镁,另一组给予生理盐水。在开腹时、移植前、移植后1h ,测定肝ATP含量及RCR,分别取杆组织2g做生化检验,并作统计学分析。结果 实验组肝组织ATP含量和RCR值均高于对照组,且P<0.01。结论 三磷酸腺苷-氯化镁可提高移植肝组织ATP含量及线粒体呼吸控制率,从而发挥提高其活力作用。

Abstract:Objective To investigate the role of ATP-MgCl_2 in raising transplanted liver viability.Meth- ods A total of 14 dogs were divided into two groups of experimental group and control group.All the dogs were operated on with orthotopic liver transplantation.The animals in the experimental group were given ATP-MgCl_2 while those in the control given 0.9% NaCl by intravenous injection.The content of ATP in liver tissue and the respiratory control rate(RCR)of the mitochondrion were used as indiex to determine the viability of transplanted liver upon the laparotomy,before and 1 hour after the transplantation.Results The levels of ATP and RCR were significantly higher in the experimental group than in the control(P<0.01).Conclusions ATP-MgCl_2 can play an important role in improving the viability by raising the levels of ATP and RCR in transplanted liver.
