羊膜腔灌注羊水替代液辅助引产的效果观察

目的:探讨羊膜腔灌注术在妊娠中期羊水过少时引产的效果。方法:选择妊娠中期出现死胎、胎儿畸形、胎儿发育迟缓并合并羊水过少者18例为观察组,向羊膜腔内注入适当羊水替代液及依沙吖啶100mg;正常中期妊娠引产妇女20例为对照组,采用常规依沙吖啶引产。结果:观察组羊膜腔灌注术后羊水平段显著增加,治疗前后相比差异有显著性(P<0.01);总产程、产后出血两组相比无显著性差异(P>0.05)。结论:羊膜腔灌注术用于羊水过少的中期妊娠引产,方法简单、安全,值得临床推广。

Application of Amnioinfusion in Induced Abortion at Second Trimester of Pregnancy

Objective: To study effects of amnioinfusion on induced abortion at second trimester of pregnancy when oligohydr-amnions occurred. Methods: 18 women at second trimester of pregnancy whose fetuses were dead, abnormal or retardation growth were infused into their amniotic cavities with 100 mg of ethacridine and normal saline instead of amniotic fluid as the observation group. 20 normal pregnant women were only infused with ethacridine as the control group. Results: The quantum of amniotic fluid was higher significantly, the pressure in amniotic cavity was stronger after treatment than ones before treatment in the observation group, and there was significnat difference (P <0. 01). There was no significnat difference in duration of delivery and amount of puerperal bleeding between two groups after treatment (P>0.05). Conclusion: Amnioinfusion is recommended to use for induced abortion at second trimester of pregnancy because of oligohydramnions caused by all kinds of reasons, and it is a safe and simple way.
