| 摘 要： | 为研究肥胖症对健康的危害，给制订相应的干预措施提供依据，作者对１５０名肥胖儿童及同等数量正常儿童血糖、智商、甲状腺功能、心肺功能及性发育等指标进行检测。发现肥胖组与对照组相比，基础胰岛素和Ｃ肽分泌明显增高，甲状腺功能相对低下，总智商、言语智商和操作智商均降低，心肺功能均显著降低，性发育及性成熟均明显提前。本资料显示肥胖对儿童健康存在多方面的危险因素。 |

| Abstract: | Withtheincreaseofobesechildren,harmfulnessofobesitytotheirhealthwasstud-iedtolayabasisforformulatingcorrespondinginterventionmeasures.Bloodsugar,inteligentquo-tient(IQ),thyroidfunction,cardiacandpulmonaryfunction,andindexofgonaddevelopmentweredeterminedin150obesechildrenand150normalhealthychildren.ResultsshowedbaselinesecretionofinsulinandC-polypeptideinobesechildrenweresignificantlyhigherthanthatincontrols,andthy-roidfunction,totalIQ,speechIQandoperationIQalwererelativelylower,cardiacandpulmonaryfunctionwassignificantlylower,andgonaddevelopmentandmaturitytookplaceearlierintheformerthanthoseinthelater.Itindicatedthattherewerealotofriskfactorsharmfultotheirhealthinobesechildren. |
