| 摘 要： | 目的探讨非小细胞肺癌（NSCLC）细胞周期素D1（CyclinD1）及细胞周期素E（CyclinE）的表达特点。方法采用免疫组织化学S-P法,对40例NSCLC患者切除的癌组织石蜡切片进CyclinD1与CyclinE表达检测。结果 40例NCSLC患者中有19例表达CyclinD1,21例表达了CyclinE;CyclinD1的表达与原发肿瘤大小、分化程度有关,CyclinE表达与淋巴结转移状态相关。结论非小细胞肺癌CyclinD1与CyclinE的表达高于正常肺组织,过表达与NSCLC的发生有关,CyclinD1过表达可能有助于早期诊断。CyclinE的过表达可能提示淋巴结转移。

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the expression characteristic of NSCLC's Cyclin D1 and Cyclin E of NSCLC. Methods There were 40 cases of cancer tissue and 20 cases of adjacent lung tissue's paraffin section of NSCLC patients were examined by immunohistochemical method (S-P) to get the expression detection of Cyclin D1 and Cyclin E.
