痛风贴抗炎镇痛作用的实验研究

摘    要:目的:探讨痛风贴的抗炎、镇痛作用。方法:采用尿酸钠晶体(MSU)及角叉菜胶诱发大鼠足肿胀,采用热板法及压尾法致小鼠疼痛,研究痛风贴的抗炎、镇痛作用,并作MSU诱发大鼠足肿胀的病理学观察。结果:痛风贴能明显抑制MSU及角叉菜胶诱发的大鼠足肿胀,能不同程度地提高热板法及压尾法所致疼痛的痛阈值;对MSU大鼠模型病理观察见用药部位水肿充血明显减轻,浸润细胞减少,胶原纤维断裂减轻。结论:痛风贴具有显著的抗炎消肿镇痛作用。

Abstract:Objective: To study the effect of anti-inflammation and anagesia of gout adhesive plaster; Method: Make big mouse' feet intumescent with MSU and carrageen, and small mouse painful by means of hot plate test and tail-compression test to study the effect of anti-inflammation and anagesia of gout adhesive plaster and to observe the intumescence of the big mouse' feet caused by MSU pathologically. Result: The gout adhesive plaster can obviously inhibit the intumescence of the big mouse' feet caused by MSU and carrageen and raise the painful threshold value of the pain caused by the hot plate test and tail-compression test. The pathological observation of the big mouse model obviously shows the abatement of the intumescent part and the reduction of infiltrating cells and the abatement of fibrocollagenous break after the plaster is used. Conclusion: The gout adhesive plaster has a remarkable effect on the anti-inflammation and anagesia.
