门诊病人双向转诊调查分析

目的通过开展门诊病人双向转诊的实证研究，荻取有关证据，为卫生管理和医院管理提供决策证据。方法分析深圳市公明人民医院及其社康中心（站）就诊的585例患者。结果公明医院及其下设社康中心（站）间的上转率为7．39％，下转率为2．44％；62．96％医生口头建议转诊，65．71％的医生只告知病人转诊医院层面，公明人民医院首诊比例为68．69％。结论下转难，社区首诊病例相对少，转诊规范落实不到位。建议落实病人社区首诊制，加强转诊规范建设和落实。

Investigation and Analysis of Two-way Referral for Out-patients
