| 摘 要： | 目的 研究尘肺患者化疗预防以减少尘肺并发肺结核的效果。方法 将研究对象随机分为甲、乙、丙 3组 ,分别服用异烟肼、利福平和安慰剂 ,按双盲设计作对照研究。结果 服药后观察 5年 ,甲组较丙组(对照组 )肺结核发病率减少 77.5 % ,乙组较丙组发病率减少 88.3% ;而甲组和乙组之间肺结核发病率并无显著差异。结论 给予尘肺病人预防性服用抗结核药物可有效的减少肺结核的发生。

| Abstract: | Objective To study effect of reducing TB incidence of pneumoconiosis patients with prophylactic chemotherapy. Methods The pneumoconiosis patients were divided into 3 groups (named A?B?C) and treated by INH, RFP and placebo respectively for 3-6months with both-unknowable methods. Results After 5 years observation, compared with group C, tuberculosis incidence of pneumoconiosis patients in group A and the groupB was reduced 77.5% and 88.3% respectively. But there was no significant difference between group A and group B. Conclusions The prophylactic chemotherapy could reduce tuberculosis incidence of pneumoconiosis patients effectively. |
