便携式血糖仪临床使用及管理现状调查

目的:调查临床护士对便携式血糖仪使用及管理相关知识的掌握情况,并对存在的问题进行分析。方法:采用自设问卷对某医院使用过便携式血糖仪的261名临床护士进行调查。结果:通过调查发现,在便携式血糖仪的选择、操作及管理现状,以及临床护士便携式血糖仪相关知识的培训方面均有问题存在。结论:应加强对便携式血糖仪的安全管理及临床护士对便携式血糖仪相关知识的学习,从而提高便携式血糖仪检测结果的一致性和准确性。

Investigation and analysis of the clinical management and application status of the portable blood-glucose meter

Objective： To investigate the mastery of the knowledge related to the portable blood glucose meter and the status of its use in clinical nurses, and analyze the problems in standard management of the blood glucose meter, so as to further improve accuracy and safety of the clinical blood glucose monitoring. Methods： Questionnaire was used to make a survey on the use of portable blood glucose meter among the nursing staff from a hospital. Results： The survey found that there exist some problems in the normal operation, selection, management, management rules and regulations of the blood glucose meter, and the present situation of nursing personnel training in clinic. Conclusion： We should enhance the security management of the portable blood glucose meter, and the study of its knowledge and relevant laws and regulations from the Ministry of Health, so as to improve the consistency and accuracy in blood glucose testing by portable blood glucose meter.
