我校成人护理教育网络教学模式应用评价研究

摘    要:目的:通过调查现行成人护理教育网络课程应用各种网络教学模式的现状,针对现有网络教学模式的优缺点提出建议。方法:采用整群抽样法选取2009级670名成人教育护理专业学生和13名有网络教学授课经验的教师进行问卷调查。结果:成人教育护理专业学生肯定了现行护理教育网络课程的教学效果;对现行成人护理教育网络课程应用的各网络教学模式的认可度不同(对协作式教学模式应用的认可度最高);教师对护理教育网络课程网站的各教学模块的使用率、成人教育护理专业学生对各课程网站的浏览率及两者对今后课程网站教学模块增设的内容需求存在差异。结论:成人护理教育网络课程的教学模式值得推广,现有的护理教育网络课程网站的教学模块设置不完善,今后可以从优化教学模块设置方面进行深入研究。

Abstract:Objective: To investigate Intemet Teaching Model (ITM) application status in adult nursing education courses, then analyze its advantages and disadvantages to provide reference for practice. Methods: A total of 670 adult students who enrolled in 2009 and 13 teachers were investigated by cluster sampling methods. Results: Adult students confirmed the effects of current nursing education network courses. But they had different recognition on different ITM, they mostly accepted the Collaborative Teaching Model. Teachers used different internet teaching modules in different frequency, while adult students also visited different intemet courses in different frequency. Their suggestions on what should be added in the internet teaching module were different, too. Conclusion: The ITM in adult nursing education deserved to popularize. We found some teaching modules needed modification. More research should be done in this field.
