| 摘 要： | 目的:采用正交实验,考察了滴距、冷却剂温度及滴速等影响滴丸制备的三个主要因素,优选出最佳滴制工艺。方法:采用正交试验法,选用L9(34)表安排实验,以滴丸的重量差异变异系数为评价指标。结果:滴距为8cm、冷却剂温度为0～5℃、滴速为25～30丸/分为最佳制备工艺。

| Abstract: | Objective:By orthogonality experiment,explore factors of affecting the preparation ,including drops distance、speed、coolant s temperature. Methods:By orthogonality experiment,make pills weight variation-coefficient of variation as evaluating indicator with L9(3 4)list .result: The preparation of 8cm drops distance,0～5℃as coolant s temperature,25～30 pills per minute as speed is optimum. |
