山莨菪碱缩短产程的临床研究

目的 探讨山莨菪碱(654-2)在促进产程中的作用.方法 选取2004年9月至2006年10月期间人住我院初产妇,随机分为山莨菪碱治疗组150例,安定治疗组150例,对照组100例.山莨菪碱组给予静脉推注654-2 10mg,安定组给予静脉推注安定10mg,对照组不推注任何药物.结果 第二产程山莨菪碱组低于安定组(P＜0.05),剖宫产率654-2组与安定组间P＞0.05,差异无显著性,654-2组与对照组、安定组与对照组间剖宫产率差异具有显著性;产后出血率、新生儿窒息率654-2组和安定组与对照组间P均大于0.05,差异无显著性.结论 应用654-2可达到与安定一样的促进第一产程进展的作用,对第二产程也有促进作用,且不增加新生儿窒息率和产后出血率,是一种安全有效的促进产程进展的方法.

Clinical study on promoting the stage of the multigravidae by using of anisodamine

Objective To explore the clinical effect by using of anisodamime (654-2) to multigravidaes. Methods Among 150 multinravidaes deliveryinn, 150 were treated with 654-2, the other 150 multinravidaes were treated with diazepam. And 100 multinravidaes were not given any medincie for control. Results The first and second stage of the multiusirm of 654-2 and diazepam are all shorter than the control group. And the first stage of 654-2 group has no signifinant difference with the diazepam group. But the second stage of rite multiusinn of 654-2 shorter than the dizapam. The rate of operative delivery in the 654-2 group and diazepam group were lower than the control. It was significantly different between the 654-2 group and diazepam group the rate of operative delivery has no different(P<0.05). And the rate of postpartum hemorrhage and neonatal asphyxia were not significantly different in the three groups (P>0.05). Conclusion 654-2 has the like clinical effect as diazepam for multigravidaes. And It can also promote the second stage too. It is safety by using 654-2 to multigravidaes with lower rate of operative deliver but not increase the rate of postpartum hemorrhage and neonatal asphyxia.
