一氧化氮对老年单纯收缩期高血压大动脉僵硬度及血压的调节作用

摘    要:老年单纯收缩期高血压大动脉僵硬度增加,一氧化氮参与大动脉僵硬度调节,外源性一氧化氮供体硝酸酯类药物可选择性地降低收缩压,减小脉压。硝酸酯类药物联合传统降压药有助于老年单纯收缩期高血压患者血压控制。

Abstract:The stiffness of large artery was increased in the elderly with isolated systolic hypertension. Nitric oxide played an important role in the regulation of large artery stiffness. Nitrates decreased pulse pressure by decreasing systolic blood pressure selectively. Nitrates had a role as an adjunct in the anti-hypertensive therapy of elderly patients with isolated systolic hypertension.
