24例无症状肾上腺肿瘤临床分析

目的 分析24例无症状肾上腺肿瘤的临床特征和病理情况。方法 自1998年12月～2004年4月经B超和CT诊断为无症状肾上腺瘤共24例，全部患者均作了手术切除及病理检查。结果 24例中20例为无功能肿瘤，4例存在着隐性功能变化，直径在0．8～10．2cm。病理检查发现8例为嗜铬细胞瘤，5例发生肾上腺肿块内出血坏死，其瘤体较大。结论 无症状肾上腺瘤是肾上腺最常见的肿瘤。少数有激素分泌。若肿瘤直径〉3cm或进行性增大者，均应尽早手术治疗。

Clinical Analysis of No Symptom Adrenal Masses

Objective To analyse the clinical and pathological characteristics of 24 cases no symtom adrenal masses (incidentaloma). Methods 24 hospitalized patients with incidentaloma from December 1998to April 2004 were analysed. They were diagnosed firstly by ultrasound scan and later confimed by computed tomograph. All patients were treated by surgical removal of the masses which were later further underwent pathological study. Results In 24 patients studied, 20 were without homonal secretion while 4 had hidden functional disturbances. Pathological study revealed that the tumors though were variable in origin, most were nonfunctional, 8 were found to be pheochromacytomas; 5 manifesting hemorrhage and necrosis were those with a bigger size 0.8to 10.2cm in diameter. Conclusion Incidentalomas are common adrenal tumors. Those with a diameter over 3 cm or enlarging continuously need resecting surgically as soon as possible.
