| 摘 要： | 目的：总结RU486在老年妇女绝经期后IUD取出困难中的应用实践。方法：对97例绝经期后妇女服用RU486三天后行IUD取出术。结果：IUD顺利取出，成功率达100％。结论：RU486有软化扩张宫颈作用，服用后取IUD比常规机械性扩张宫颈方法安全可靠。

| Abstract: | Objective: To investigate the effect of RU486 on the postmenopausal women with difficulty of removal of intrauterine device(IUD). Methods: Ninety seven postmenopausal women took RU486 by oral administration. Three days later, IUD was removed. Results: The rate of the removal of IUD was 100%. Conclusion: RU486 can make cervix malacia and dilation. The methods of removal of IUD after RU486 oral administration is safer and more reliable than that of routine removal of IUD with mechanical cervix dilation. |
