轻度缺铁性贫血对学龄儿童学习成绩的影响

摘    要:本文采用双盲法对北京130名轻度缺铁性贫血和正常学龄儿童的学习成绩进行了研究。发现铁剂治疗可提高缺铁性贫血儿童的学习成绩。还发现缺铁性贫血儿童的课堂纪律、定向注意力和剂量作业试验成绩均比正常儿童明显降低,但这现象可被铁剂治疗所纠正。作者认为定向注意力差是缺铁性贫血儿童学习成绩较差的原因之一。

Abstract:The study applies the double-blind method to the scholastic achievement of 130 chidren with iron deficiency anemia (IDA) and without IDA in Beijing. It has discovered that the scholastic achievement of children with IDA were made progress successfully after iron supplementation. It has been also found that the classroom discipline, attention and the scores of learning capacity test in children with IDA were significantly lower than those of the children without IDA, but this phenomenon could be corrected by iron treatment.This study implies that lowattention is one of the reasons why the children with IDA had bad scholastic achievement.
