| 摘 要： | 目的:测定金莲花中多糖的含量。方法:硫酸-蒽酮比色法于波长624nm处测定吸收度。结果:河北及山西金莲花中多糖含量分别为1.4%和1.5%(n=6);平均加样回收率为100.29%,RSD为1.19%。结论:硫酸-蒽酮法测定金莲花多糖,方法操作简便,准确,稳定性好。

| Abstract: | OBJECTIVE To determine the contents of polysaccharide in Flos trollii.METHODS The contents were determined by sulfuric acid-anthrone colorimetric method at 624nm.RESULTS The contents of polysaccharide were 1.4% and 1.5% in Hebei Flos trollii and Shanxi Flos trollii.The average recoveries and RSD were 100.29% and 1.19%.CONCLUSIONThe method is simple,steady,accurate and reproducible. |
