| 摘 要： | 目的：检测幽门螺杆菌（HP）感染胃癌患者血清中白细胞介素-6（IL-6）和白细胞介素-8（IL-8）含量的变化，探讨其与HP感染的关系。方法：以ELISA法检测血清IL-6、IL-8浓度。结果：幽门螺杆菌感染阳性胃癌患者血清中的IL-6（286．69±45．55）、IL-8（352．69±65．78）含量较幽门螺杆菌感染阴性的胃癌患者IL-6（212．38±45．33）、IL-8（245．58±53．35）增加，差异有显著性意义，P〈0．05。结论：胃癌患者血清IL-6和IL-8浓度的变化与HP感染密切相关；血清IL-6和IL-8浓度测定与HP联合检测将有助于胃癌前病变的早期诊断。

| Abstract: | Objective： To test the change of interleukin-6 （IL-6） and interleukin-8 （IL-8） in patients of stomach cancer infected by helicobacter pylori （HP） and explore its relationship with HP. Methods： Examining the concentration of IL-6 and IL-8 by ELISA. Results： IL-6 and IL-8 contents in patients of positive HP are increased compared with those in patients of negative HP, which shows significant difference （P〈0. 05）. Conclusion： Change of IL-6 and IL-8 concentration in patients of stomach cancer has close relationship with HP infection; combined test of IL-6, IL-8 concentration and HP is helpful to early diagnosis of stomach cancer. |
