| 摘 要： | 目的观察院内、院外下呼吸道感染患者病原菌分布情况，为临床合理使用抗生素提供参考。方法用自然咳痰法（清晨用清水漱口3次后，用力咳出气管深处第1口痰）采集痰标本，送细菌室进行细菌培养和菌种鉴定。结果无论院内、院外，下呼吸道感染均以革兰氏阴性（G^-）杆菌占绝对优势，院内G^-杆菌占97．2％，院外G^-杆菌占95．9％，其中占首位的均为铜绿假单胞菌，不动杆菌在院内感染中居第2位。结论院内、院外的下呼吸道感染患者菌群分布无太大差异。

| Abstract: | Objective To observe the bacteria spectrum distribution on lower respiratory infection(LRI) so that to supply the reference of antibiotic use reasonable.Methods The nature sputum sample of OPD and Hospitalized patients was selected to culture the bacteria and make assessment.The absolutely more distribution was G-bacteria whether in OPD or hospitalized patient.The first bacteria was pseudomonas aeruginosa and then motionless bacilli.Conclusion There was no significant difference on bacteria spectrum distribution between OPD and hospitalized patient in LRI. |
