| 摘 要： | 本文利用胶原酶消化法制备新生猪胰岛细胞，用微囊包膜技术，将胰岛细胞包裹后体外培养。比较微囊化及本微囊化新生猪胰岛细胞胰岛素分泌能力和胰岛素刺激释放试验。果表明：微囊化胰岛与未微囊化胰岛一样具有良好的生物活性。海藻酸钠-聚赖氨酸-海藻酸钠生物微胶囊及其制备技术对胰岛细胞活性和分泌功能无明显影响。微囊包膜新生猪胰岛可能将为临床异种移植提供良好的供体来源。

| Abstract: | The ability of secreting insulin and glucose-stimulated insulin release between the microencapsuted neonatal pig islet and non-microencapsulated neonatal pig islet in vitro culture were compared.The result demonstrated that both islet had good blological activity- The islet cell mass overgrew fine and continued secreted insulin in microencapsule. Alginic-polylysine-alginic microencapsule and their making technique obvious influenced on neither istlet cell activity nor their secretion. Microencapsulated neonatal pig islet would provide a fine donor source for clinical xenotransplantation of islets. |
