康宝浸汁免疫调节作用的研究

摘    要:目 的:了解康宝浸汁对机体免疫功能的影响。方法:通过淋巴细胞转化试验、溶血素测定试验、碳粒廊清法检测单核吞噬细胞功能试验,探讨康宝浸汁对机体的免疫调节作用。结果:小鼠脾淋巴细胞对ConA刺激的增殖反应明显降低,P<0.05;对LPS的增殖反应明显增强,P<0.05;小鼠溶血素生成能力明显增强,P<0.01;小鼠单核吞噬细胞系统的功能得到了增强,P<0.05。结论:康宝浸汁能增强小鼠的免疫功能。

Abstract:Objective: To study the effects of Kangbao lixivium on imnmnolopcal function. Method: 18 mice were divided into three groups at random. They had been given Kangbao lixivium for 7 days and then killed at the last day. It was perfonmed the lyplxx-yte transformation test, hemolytic assay and carbon particle clearance test. Result: It was showed tliat the lymphocyte cell proliferat stimulated by ConA decreased in these animals (p<0. 05), but increased by IPS (p<0. 05). Both hemolysin and monocyte system increased obviously (p< 0. 01-0. 05) . Conclusion: karigbao lixivium could enhance iminunological function in mice.on
