葛根素联合常规药物治疗不稳定型心绞痛的临床评价

目的:提供葛根素治疗不稳定型心绞痛的临床疗效和药物经济学评价依据。方法:将60例患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,对照组仅给予常规药物治疗;治疗组在给予常规药物治疗基础上加用葛根素。比较2组疗效、住院时间、住院总费用以及不良反应,并进行成本-效果分析。结果:治疗组和对照组的临床总有效率分别为90.63%、67.86%(P<0.05),心电图总有效率分别为68.75%、42.86%(P<0.05);2组住院时间、住院总费用间无显著性差异,但治疗组的成本-效果比优于对照组(P<0.05);治疗组有3例出现不良反应,停药后立即消失。结论:葛根素联合常规药物治疗不稳定型心绞痛优于单独常规药物治疗。

Clinical Evaluation of Puerarin Combining Routine Drugs in the Treatment of Unstable Angina Pectoris

OBJECTIVE:To provide bases for the evaluation of the therapeutic effect and pharmacoeconomics of puerarin in the treatment of unstable angina pectoris.METHODS:60patients with unstable angina pectoris were randomly divided into treatment group and control group:the control group was treated with routine drugs only while the treatment group was treated with puerarin and the routine drugs.The therapeutic effect,length of stay in hospital,total hospitalization fee and the adverse reaction were compared between two groups;and the cost-effectiveness analyses of the two groups were carried out as well.RESULTS:The respective total clinical effective rate of the treatment group and the control group were90.63%and67.86%(P<0.05);the respective total electrocardiogram effective rate of the treatment group and the control group was68.75%and42.86%(P<0.05);There were no significant difference in total hospitalization fee between the2groups,but the E/C(effectiveness/cost)of the treatment group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).There were3cases that involved adverse reactions,which disappeared immediately after drug withdrawal.CONCLUTION:The therapy combination of puerarin and the routine drugs is better than the single routine therapy in the treatment of the unstable angina pectoris.
