产后抑郁问卷调查及中西医心理干预

目的:通过问卷调查了解产后抑郁患者产生心理疾病的原因、心理状态,为采取心理护理干预提供依据。方法:2006年8月至2007年8月住院分娩的378例产妇,以问卷形式调查其心理状况后,进行综合心理干预,包括产前住院环境介绍,讲解待产与分娩的有关知识等,同时采用合理的干预措施,并使用中医养生调理哲学思想指导患者。结果:接受心理干预后绝大多数产妇很快能从产后抑郁的困境中走出。结论:实施心理护理与干预,对产后抑郁具有积极有效的防治作用。

Questionnaire Survey and Psychological Intervention with Chinese and Western Medicine of Postpartum Depression
