复方丹参滴丸对心血瘀阻证冠心病临床研究

目的:评价复方丹参滴丸治疗冠心病心血瘀阻证患者的临床疗效。方法:冠心病患者100例随机分为常规治疗组(对照组)和常规治疗加复方丹参滴丸组(治疗组),疗程均为4周。结果:4周后总有效率,治疗组与对照组分别为85％、70％(P<0.05),治疗组全血粘度、血浆粘度、全血还原粘度及血小板聚集率均明显降低(P<0.01),血总胆固醇、甘油三酯及低密度脂蛋白明显下降,高密度脂蛋白升高(P<0.05);观察随访半年,治疗组心血管事件发生率明显低于对照组(10％对20％,P<0.05)。结论:在常规治疗基础上加用复方丹参滴丸能降低血粘度,改善脂质代谢,能有效地控制心绞痛发作,减少心血管事件发生率。

Clinical Research on Patients with Coronary Heart Disease Treated by FuFang DanShen diwan

Objective: To evaluate clincal effect of FuFang DanShen diwan (DSP) on patients with Coronary Heart disease(CHD).MOTHODS: 100 cases of CHD were randomly divided into the control group (of normal treatment) and the treating group(normal treatment combined with DSP).The therapeutic couse was four weeks.Results: The effective rate was 85% in treating group and 70% in the control group after four weeks (P <0.05). Total blood viscosity, plasma viscosity, total blood reductive viscosity and platelet aggregation rate in the treating group were signifivantly decreased (P <0.01). Serum total cholesterol triglyceride and LDL-ch in the treating group were signigicantly lowered (P<0.05).HDL-ch were risen.The incidences of cardiac event were signigicantly lower in the treating group than in the control group( 10% v 20%,P <0.05).Conclusion: DSP combined with normal treatment can control angina pectoris effectively and decrease incidence of cardiac event.
