GOR抗体的ELISA测定法及临床初步应用

目的：建立检测丙型肝炎病毒相关多肽抗体（GOR抗体）的酶联免疫吸附试验（ELISA）。方法：以丙肝病毒GOR二段肽为包被抗原，建立检测抗-GOR的ELISA法，结果：批内、批间变异系数分别为5.9%、9.1%，阳性血清用兔抗-GOR作阻断试验。其抑制率与兔抗-GOR呈剂量依赖关系。与抗HBV-IgG、抗HCV-IgG、抗CMV-IgG、RF阳性血清无交叉反应性。经对60例慢性丙型肝炎、48例抗HCV-IgG阳性的无症状HCV感染者、63例慢性乙型肝炎、41例肝硬化、32例肝癌、12例白血病、39例血透患者检测，其GOR抗体阳性率分别为60.0%、52.1%、14.3%、31.7%、28.1%、50.0%、43.6%。结论：此法敏感、简便、快速，抗-GOR与丙型肝炎密切相关。

Detection of anti-GOR and its clinical significance

Objective:To establish an enzyme linked immunosorbent assay(ELISA) for detecting anti GOR antibody in various hepatic diseases.Methods:The sera were added to the polystyrene micro titer plates coated with HCV relative synthetic peptide followed by adding HRP conjugated goat anti human IgG.Results:The within and between assay CV were 5.9% and 9.1% respectively.No cross reaction was detected with anti GOR for anti HBc\,anti HCV\,anti CMV\,ANA,nor was there any interference by rheumatoid factor.The anti GOR positive rate in the patients with various diseases as well as the normal controls were measured.Conclusions:The assay was easy\,rapid and specific.It was found positive rate of anti GOR was significanthy elevated in the various patients,and anti GOR was correlative with infection of HCV.
