| 摘 要： | 目的建立HPLC法测定杜仲粗皮及杜仲中松脂醇二葡萄糖苷含量的方法。方法选用Diamonsil-C18色谱柱(5μm,150mm×4.6mm),甲醇-水(23∶77)为流动相,检测波长为277nm,流速为1mL/min。结果松脂醇二葡萄糖苷在0.496～4.960μg范围内呈线性关系良好,r=0.999 9。松脂醇二葡萄糖苷平均回收率为98.83%,RSD=1.25%。结论方法简便、准确、重复性好,可用于杜仲粗皮及杜仲中松脂醇二葡萄糖苷含量的测定。

| Abstract: | Objective To establish a method for determining pinoresinol diglucoside in Cortex Eucommiae and Eucommia bark by HPLC.Methods PDG was analysed by using Diamonsil C18 column(5μm,150 mm×4.6 mm) with the mobile phase of methanol-water(23∶77) at the flow rate of 1 mL/min,and the detective wavelength was 277 nm.Results The calibration curve of Pinoresinol diglucoside was linear in the rangs of 0.496~4.960 μg(r=0.999 9),the average recovery of pinoresinol diglucoside was 98.83%(RSD=1.25%).Conclusion The method is simple,accurate and suitable for the determination of pinoresinol diglucoside in Cortex Eucommiae and Eucommia bark. |
