摘    要:光学相干断层扫描血管成像技术(optical coherence tomography angiography,OCTA)是一种近年来新兴的无创、快速、高分辨率的眼底血管成像技术.OCTA拥有分层观察不同层面的视网膜血管形态,量化血流灌注的独特优势,现广泛应用于各类眼底血管疾病的诊断及随访.视网膜静脉阻塞是一种常见的眼底血管病变,本文对OCTA在视网膜静脉阻塞的应用进行综述.

Abstract:Optical coherence tomography angiography (OCTA) is a novel,non-invasive,and high-resolution technique for imaging of the retinal vessel.OCTA has the unique advantages to observe retinal vascular morphology at different levels and quantify vascular perfusion,so now OCTA has been widely applied to make diagnosis and follow up in various types of retinal vascular diseases.Retinal vein occlusion (RVO) is a com mon fundus vascular disease,and this paper will give a brief review on the application of OCTA in RVO.
