苦参素注射液治疗慢性乙型肝炎的疗效观察

目的观察苦参素注射液治疗慢性乙型肝炎24周的临床疗效。方法选择确诊慢性乙型肝炎123例,随机分两组。治疗组（n=63）在常规保肝、降酶、促肝细胞生长治疗的基础上,苦参素注射液600mg,静脉滴注,1次/d,8周后改为口服苦参素软胶囊每次200mg,3次/d 对照组（n=60）保肝、降酶、促肝细胞生长治疗 总疗程均为24周。结果治疗组临床可有效的改善乏力、纳差等症状,治疗组临床可有效的低血清胆红素水平和促进肝功的恢复。治疗组HBeAg和HBV-DNA在治疗24周后,阴转率分别是33.33%和39.68%,高于对照组15.00%和11.67%（P〈0.05）。治疗组HBeAb在治疗24周后,阳转率分别是39.68%,高于对照组11.67%（P〈0.05）。结论苦参素注射液可以对慢性乙型肝炎进行抗病毒治疗,且能取得较为满意的疗效,未见明显不良反应。

Clinical study on the treating of chronic hepatic B with Kurarinone injection
