异种脱细胞真皮联合皮肤微粒应用于供皮区创面的研究

目的 探讨异种脱细胞真皮联合皮肤微粒应用于供皮区创面的临床效果.方法 将44例患者按照随机数字法随机分成治疗组和对照组.治疗组患者供皮区创面采用皮肤微粒结合异种脱细胞真皮基质敷料覆盖方法;对照组创面采用单层油纱覆盖方法.观察创面愈合时间、创面形成水疱情况以及瘙痒情况.结果 治疗组供皮区创面愈合时间短于对照组.治疗组患者出现水疱、感觉瘙痒以及疼痛的比例低于对照组.结论 异种脱细胞真皮联合皮肤微粒应用于供皮区创面是一种有效的促进供皮区创面愈合的手术方法.

A Study on the Application of Xenogenic Acellular Dermal Matrix Combined with Skin Particles in the Donor Site

Objective To explore the clinical effect of the combination of xenogeneic acellular dermal matrix and skin particles on the skin donor site.Methods 44 patients were divided into the treatment group and control group according to the random number table.The donor site of the treatment group was treated with the dressing of skin particles combined with xenogeneic acellular dermal matrix,while that of the control group was given the dressing of monolayer oil yarn.Then the two groups were observed in terms of the wound healing time,wound blister,and pruritus.Results The wound healing time of the treatment group was shorter than that of the control group,and the ratios of wound blister,pruritus and pain were lower in the treatment group than in the control group respectively.Conclusion The combination of xenogeneic acellular dermal matrix and skin particles is an effective operation method to improve the wound healing of the donor site.
