基于加速康复外科策略的手术室护理干预在全髋关节置换术中的应用

目的 探讨基于加速康复外科策略的手术室护理干预在全髋关节置换术中的应用效果.方法 选取2016年5-12月在四川省人民医院手术室行全髋人工关节置换术患者80例,随机分为试验组(n=40)和对照组(n=40),对照组给予常规手术室护理,试验组实施基于加速康复外科策略的护理干预.比较并分析两组患者手术时间、住院时间、术后下床活动时间以及术后48 h VAS评分和护理满意度.结果 试验组患者手术时间、术后下床活动时间、住院时间均短于对照组,且术后48 h疼痛减轻,VAS评分低于对照组(P<0.05);试验组护理满意度明显高于对照组(P<0.05).结论 基于加速康复外科策略的手术室护理干预在全髋关节置换术中的应用,能明显减轻患者应激反应,促进患者快速康复,缩短住院时间,提高护理满意度.

The Application of the Operating Room Care Intervention Based on the Enhanced Recovery Surgical Strategy in Hip Replacement Operations

Objective To explore the application effect of operating room care intervention based on enhanced recovery surgical strategy in the hip replacement operation.Methods 80 patients who underwent the operation of total hip artificial joint replacement from May to December of 2016 in Sichuan Provincial People′s Hospital were selected and divided into the intervention group (n=40) and the control group (n=40).The control group was given the routine nursing, while the intervention group was given the operating room care intervention based on the enhanced recovery surgical strategy.Then the two groups were compared in the operation time, length of hospital stay, postoperative ambulation time, VAS score 48 hours after operation and degree of nursing satisfaction.Results The operation time, postoperative ambulation time and length of hospital stay in the intervention group were significantly shorter than those in the control group respectively (P<0.05).The pain was alleviated 48 hours after operation and the VAS score was significantly lower in the intervention group than in the control group (P<0.05).The level of patients′ nursing satisfaction in the intervention group was significantly higher than that in the control group (P<0.05).Conclusion The operating room care intervention based on the enhanced recovery surgical strategy in hip replacement operations can significantly reduce patients′ stress response, promote their rapid recovery, shorten the length of hospital stay and improve the nursing satisfaction.
