A Preliminary Study on the Construcion of Three-level Health Service Networks in 3A Hospitals

The models of constructing and operating the three-level health service networks are introduced according the experimental practice in the 3A hospital.The discussions are made on the content of health system reform and the reform of public hospitals,the feasibility and necessity of setting up hierarchy public service with 3A-hospitals as leaders,and the problems in the process of construction.As an exploration in the overall arrangement of the state health system reform,the practice has achieved good social effects.
