重组人表皮生长因子联合贝复新对面部整形手术切口愈合的影响

目的 研究重组人表皮生长因子(recombinant human epidermal growth factor,rhEGF)外用溶液联合贝复新(碱性成纤维细胞生长因子,basic fibroblast growth factor,bFGF)对面部整形术切口愈合情况的影响.方法 以入院病例号为编号,根据随机数字表,将160例面部整形术患者随机分成两组,每组80例.两组均进行面部整形手术,切口缝合后,对照组于切口外涂抹rhEGF外用溶液,2次/d,1个月为1疗程;试验组同时联合bFGF凝胶,2次/d,1个月为1疗程.记录切口愈合时间,术后5 d,比较两组切口疼痛程度、愈合情况,随访3个月、6个月时,对患者瘢痕情况进行评估.结果 试验组切口愈合时间明显短于对照组,VAS评分明显低于对照组,两组比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);试验组有4例切口肿胀,3例切口渗液,愈合良好者73例,与对照组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);随访3个月和6个月,试验组VSS评分、OSAS评分和PSAS评分均低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论 rhEGF联合bFGF可有效促进面部整形术切口愈合,缩短愈合时间,提高患者对切口愈合满意程度.

Effect of Recombinant Human Epidermal Growth Factor combined with Beifuxin on the Incision Healing of Facial Plastic Surgery

Objective To investigate the effect of recombinant human epidermal growth factor (rhEGF) combined with Beifuxin on the incision healing of facial plastic surgery.Methods 160 patients of facial plastic surgery were divided into the control group and the observation group according to the random number table on the basis of their medical record numbers,and each group consisted of 80 cases.The wound of the patients in the control group was smeared with the external solution of rhEGF twice each day and the course of treatment is 1 month,while the patients in the observation group were given the external solution of rhEGF combined with basic fibroblast growth factor (bFGF)twice each day with the same treatment course.The incision healing time was recorded.The degree of pain and incision healing were compared after 5 days of operation.The patients were followed up to assess the condition of scar recovery after 3 and 6 months of operation respectively.Results The incision healing time was shorter and the VAS score was lower in the observation group than in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05).There were 4 cases with incision swelling,3 case with incision infiltration,73 cases with satisfactory healing in the observation group,and the differences between the two groups were statistically significant (P<0.05).The scores of VSS,OSAS and PSAS during the 3-month and 6-month follow-ups were significantly lower in the observation group than in the control group (P<0.05).Conclusion The external solution of rhEGF combined with bFGF can effectively promote the incision healing of facial plastic surgery,shorten the healing time,and improve patients′satisfaction with the incision healing.
