| 摘 要： | 海洛因成瘾是一种慢性复发性功能性脑病,其机制尚不明确。功能磁共振成像在揭示海洛因成瘾机制方面发挥着日益重要的作用。本文根据作者团队长期研究实践,重点介绍海洛因成瘾机制功能磁共振成像研究方法及质量控制内容,以期为拟开展海洛因成瘾功能磁共振成像研究的人员提供参考。

| Abstract: | Heroin addiction is a chronic recurrent functional disease of brain, and its mechanism is not clear. Functional magnetic resonance imaging (fMRI) plays an increasingly important role in revealing the mechanism of heroin addiction. Based on long-term research practice of the author's team, this paper focused on fMRI methods and quality control related with the study on mechanism of heroin addiction. We hope to provide some reference for people who plan to carry out fMRI studies on the mechanism of heroin addiction. |
