摘    要:目的:探讨大肠正常组织和癌组织的显微自体荧光信号在肠壁各层的分布差异,为荧光法诊断早期大肠癌提供理论基础。方法:采用共聚焦显微自体荧光图像系统采集与分析15例大肠正常组织和癌组织的显微自体 荧光图像。结果:正常组织的固有层和粘膜下层呈现很强的荧光信号,腺上皮细胞荧光很弱,癌组织中癌细胞的荧光信号很弱,癌间质中呈现分散的小片段荧光信号。正常组织固有层和粘膜下层的自体荧光强度显著地高于癌组织(P<0.001),结论:大肠正常组织各层荧光强度显著地高于癌组织对应深度的荧光强度,癌变后组织结构完整性的破坏和生化成分的改变是癌组织自体荧光强度降低的根本原因。

Differences in Microscopic Autofluorescence Imaging Between Normal and Cancerous Colorectal Tissues
Abstract:Objective To investigate the differences in microscopic autofluorescence between normal and cancerous colorectal tissues and provide evidence for fluorescence diagnosis of colorectal cancer. Methods A confocal microscopic autofluorescence imaging system was used to detect the laser induced autofluorescence imaging of normal and cancerous colorectal tissues from 15 patients. Results The autofluorescence of normal colorectal tissues was mainly emitted from the lamina propria and submucosa, and that of epithelial cells was very weak. The fluorescence intensity of cancerous tissue was remarkably reduced, and the fluorescence in stroma and submucosa was in sparse distribution. The fluorescence from cancer cells was very weak. The autofluorescence from normal lamina propria and submucosa was markedly stronger than that from carcinomatous tissues (P<0 001). Conclusions The autofluorescence from colorectal tissues is mainly emitted from the lamina propria and submucosa, and that from epithelial cells is very weak. The intensity of autofluorescence in lamina propria and submucosa from cancerous tissues is significantly lower than that from normal tissues. The histological destruction and changes in biochemical conditions are considered as the essential causes for the significant decrease in autofluorescence intensity from cancerous tissues.
