| 摘 要： | 目的建立以HPLC法测定前列舒丸中丹皮酚含量的方法。方法色谱柱为Zorbax Eclipse XDB-C18（4．6×150mm，5μm）。流动相为甲醇-水（70：30），流速为1．0mL·min^-1。检测波长为274nm。结果丹皮酚在8．2--41．0μg·mL^-1浓度范围内与峰面积积分值呈良好线性关系（r=0．9997）；加样回收率为99．30％（RSD=0．66％）。结论该方法简便、快速、灵敏、准确，稳定性、重现性好，可作为产品的质量控制方法。

| Abstract: | OBJECTIVE To establish a HPLC method for the determination of paeonol in Qianlieshu pills. METHODS The determination was performed on Zorbax Eclipse XDB-C18（4.6× 150mm, 5μm） with mobile phase consisted of methanol-water（70 ： 30） at a flow rate of 1.0mL·min^-1. The detection wavelength was set at 274nm. RESULTS The linear range of Paeonol was 8.2--41.0μg·min^-1（r= 0.9999）.The recovery was 99.30% （RSD= 0.66% ） .CONCLUSION The established method is simple, rapid, sensitive, accurate, stable and reproducible, and can be used as a method for the quality control of the product. |
