多酶胶囊、多酶片的溶出度和释放度研究

摘    要:目的 研究多酶胶囊、多酶片活性成分的溶出度和释放度。方法 测定在0.1mol/L盐酸溶液及pH6.8缓冲液中多个时间点的胃蛋白酶溶出度,胰蛋白酶释放度,作出溶出、释放曲线。结果 在规定时间内,多酶胶囊中的活性成分在稀酸和缓冲液中的溶出、释放速率以及溶出、释放度均高于多酶片的溶出、释放速率以及溶出、释放度。结论 通过微丸技术的应用,提高多酶制剂的溶出度、释放度,提高产品质量。

Abstract:Aim To study the dissolution and the releasing rate of multienzyme tablet and multienzyme capsule. Method Though determinating the dissolution of pepsin and the releasing of trypsin in different time in 0.1mol/L HCl solution and buffer solution (pH=6.8),the curves were draw. Result The velocities of dissolving and liberating of activity components in the multienzyme capsule are faster than the one in the multienzyme tablet in permitted time. Conclusion Though the application of pellets will improve the dissolution and the releasing rate of multienzyme pharmaceutics and the quality of productions.
