| 摘 要： | 目的探讨顽固性鼻出血的临床治疗步骤。方法分析187例顽固性鼻出血患者的临床资料，根据出血的原因、部位分步骤治疗，予以鼻腔填塞、鼻中隔矫正术、鼻腔微波治疗、数字减影血管造影栓塞术（DSA）、颈外动脉结扎术、颌内动脉结扎术、筛前动脉结扎术。结果187例顽固性鼻出血患者治愈率98．4％。结论采取分步骤治疗顽固性鼻出血，效果满意。

| Abstract: | Objective： To investigate the clinical therapie procedure and method of intractable epistaxis. Methods： We analyzed the clinical data of 187 cases of intractable epistaxis,mainly including the pathogeny,the treatment method and the therapie procedure. Result： The eurative ratio of 187 eases with intractable epistaxis was 98.4%. Conclusion： Two-step therapic method was an effective and safe treatment for intractable epistaxis. |
