DNA依赖性蛋白激酶在妇科肿瘤中的研究进展

DNA依赖蛋白激酶(DNA-PK)是哺乳动物细胞DNA损伤修复的关键酶。研究表明,妇科肿瘤,如宫颈癌、卵巢癌中普遍存在DNA-PK表达的变化,提示该酶在妇科肿瘤的发生、发展过程中发挥着重要的作用,并与肿瘤的临床分期、放射敏感性和预后有重要关系。近年来,关于DNA-PK的结构与功能、在肿瘤细胞株中的活性、在肿瘤组织中表达的研究日益深入,以DNA-PK为靶点的DNA修复抑制剂作为肿瘤放化疗增敏药已陆续研发并进入临床前试验,有望成为肿瘤诊断和治疗的新靶点。
