| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨自发性小脑出血的病因、临床特点和手术治疗。方法 通过CT、MRI、DSA、手术所见和病理检查 ,结合病史 ,对 5 6例经手术治疗的自发性小脑出血患者进行了研究。结果 4 5例病因明确 ,11例病因未明。治愈 31例 ,好转 19例 ,死亡 6例。结论 自发性小脑出血只要早期诊断 ,及时治疗 ,预后大多良好。

| Abstract: | Objective To determine the cause of disease,clinical characteristics and surgical operation treatment of spontaneous cerebellum hemorrhage. Methods 56 cases of spontaneous cerebellum hemorrhage were studied by CT?MRI?DSA?operation pathology?medical history. Results 45 cases cause of disease is clear and definite,11 cases cause of diseases is not clear.31 cases by fully recovered,19 cases mended,6 cases were death. Conclusion If the patient with spontaneous cerebellum hemorrhage get earlier diagnosis and treating,the prognosis will be better. |
