肾脏血管平滑肌脂肪瘤的影像分析

目的 分析肾血管平滑肌脂肪瘤的影像学表现，提高对该病的认识。方法 收集16例（19个病灶）经手术病理证实的患者，所有病例均行一种或多种影像学检查。结果 腹部平片及静脉尿路造影对肾血管平滑肌脂肪瘤的诊断无特异性，大部分（11／13）病灶在超声上为高回声，8／11个病灶CT表现为含脂肪的混杂密度肿块，10／14个病灶内见T1WI、T2WI上高信号的脂肪组织。结论 CT、MRI对肾血管平滑肌脂肪瘤的确诊有赖于检出病灶内脂肪成分，而超声、平片及静脉尿路造影的诊断价值有限。

Imaging analysis of renal angiomyolipoma

To improve the understanding of the renal angromyolipoma by analyzing its imaging findings. Methods 16 eases of renal angiomyoliponias (19 lesions) were proved pathologically, each patient was performed one or several modality ol imaging exams. Results abdommgal plain film and IVP were not specifie for the diagnosis of renal angiomyolipoma, most of lesions( 11 /13) were hypereeho on ultrasonography. 8 of 11 lesions demonstrated mixed density masses with hypodense (ally tissue on CT, MRI showed hypermtense signal fatty focr on T1WI and T2Wl in 10 of 14 lesions. Conclusions CT,MRI rely on fatty tissue detected within the lesions to establish the diagnosis of renal angioniyolipoma, however, the value of ultrasonography ,plain film and IVP was limited.
