Abstract: | Author reports on experiences with the Froimson-Oh operation for rupture of the long head of the biceps brachii. The operation is thought to be advantageous. It is stressed in connection with 2 cases that the faulty choice of the place of the keyhole and its unadequate formation may predispose to humerus fracture and therefore this stage of the operation needs special care. The patient has to be warned, beside early movement, to adequate caution. |
