| 摘 要： | 对40例原发性肾病综合征(PNS)患儿分为2组,藻酸双酯钠(PSS)治疗组30例,泼尼松对照组10例,经治疗3个月,对改善临床症状两组疗效相近,但PSS组对改善血液流变学及降血脂疗效显著,而对照组则无明显改善。

| Abstract: | We divided 40 children into treatment group (use PSS, 30 cases) and control group (use Prednisone, 10 cases). 3 months later its results compared with control group showed that there was a same curative effect but the treatment group was better in the reduction of blood lipid than the later. |
