石菖蒲、川芎挥发油提取及包合工艺优选

摘    要:目的优选通脑精胶囊中石菖蒲、川芎挥发油的最佳提取工艺和β-环糊精(-βcyclodextrin,-βCD)最佳包合工艺。方法以收油率为指标,采用单因素试验优选最佳提取工艺;以包合物收得率和挥发油包合率为指标,采用正交试验优选最佳包合工艺。结果挥发油的最佳提取工艺为:加10倍量水,提取11 h;最佳包合工艺为:挥发油与-βCD包合比为1 ml∶10 g,在50℃搅拌0.5 h进行包合。结论所优选提取工艺收油率较高,包合工艺稳定可行,适用于大生产。

Abstract:Objective To optimize the extraction technology for volatile oil in Acorus Tatarinowii Schott and Rhizoma Chuanxiong and the inclusion technology for β-cyclodextrin(β-CD) in Tongnaojing Capsules.Methods The extraction conditions were evaluated by the ultimate oil extracting ratio with single-factor analysis,and the inclusion technology were optimized by the inclusion output ratio and oil-bearing ratio in the inclusion with orthogonal experiment.Results The optimum conditions for extraction were as follows:adding 10 times of the water,extracting materia medica for 11 hours.The best conditions for inclusion were as follows:the ratio of oil and β-CD being 1 ml∶10 g,and stirring for 0.5 hours at 50℃.Conclusion The extraction and inclusion conditions are optimal with high oi1 extract rate,the inclusion conditions are workable and can be used in industrial production.
