湛江地区家鼠抗药性的动态及其治理对策

摘    要:目的探讨家鼠抗药性的动态及防制对策。方法根据家鼠抗药性和鼠情监测资料用百分率和χ2检验方法进行统计分析。结果使用抗凝血灭鼠剂灭鼠17年后黄胸鼠产生了群体抗性,抗性个体百分率为17.7%(10.6%~33.3%);不同调查地点和不同鼠种的抗药性水平差异均有显著性(P<0.05)。结论湛江地区家栖黄胸鼠已产生群体抗药性;建议继续加强抗药性监测,并根据抗性动态变化选用对应灭鼠药物,灭鼠措施应向综合防制转变。

Abstract:Objective To study the dynamic of resistance in commensal rodents and it's management strategy in Zhanjiang,Guangdong province. Methods Based on the resistance monitoring data and density of commensal rodent ( Rattus flavipectus and Rattus norvegicus ) to reveal the variation law. Results The resistant population of R.flavipectus was fundamentally evoluted after anticoagulants used for 17 years, the resistance individual rate was 17.7% ( 10.6% 33.3% ), which was significant differences ( P < 0.05 ) between different areas or different rodents in the same area. Conclusion R.flavipectus has fundamentally developed resistant to anticoagulants in Zhanjiang, it was suggested that we must pay more attention to rat resistance monitoring, according to this resistance dynamic and development of the resistance, integrated preventive management against rats including reasonable drug used should be applied.
