易损斑块的影像学诊断进展

冠状动脉粥样硬化是一种慢性、进展性、系统性的炎症疾病。近年来,随着人类生活水平的提高及饮食结构的改变,冠状动脉粥样硬化性心脏病的发病率及病死率有逐年上升的趋势,严重危害人类健康。在冠状动脉粥样硬化性心脏病的发生发展和转归过程中,冠状动脉斑块的性质较其导致的血管狭窄程度更具有决定性意义。加强对易损斑块特点认识与研究,早期检出和评价易损斑块,对心血管事件防治具有重要的意义。本文对冠状动脉粥样硬化易损斑块的几种影像学评价予以综述。

Diagnostic Progress of Vulnerable Spot in Imaging Diagnosis

Coronal atherosclerosis is one kind of chronic, progressive and systematic inflammatory, disease. In recent years, with the improvement of living standards and changes in the human dietary structure, morbidity and mortality of coronary heart disease have increased year by year,which is threating the human health. In the initiation, development and turnover of coronary heart disease, the nature of coronary .artery plaques is more important than the degree of vascular stenosis. Therefore ,understanding the characteristics of vulnerable plaque ,detecting and evaluating the vulnerable plaque have more important significance in the prevention and treatment of cardiovascular events. This paper reviews the imaging evaluation of atherosclerosis plaque vulnerability in coronary heart disease.
