汕头市潮阳区医疗机构消毒监测结果分析

目的了解汕头市潮阳区各级医疗机构消毒与灭菌状况,为科学指导医院消毒工作、预防和控制院内感染提供科学依据。方法按卫生部《消毒技术规范》、《医院消毒卫生标准》(GB15982-1995)对辖区内的各级医疗机构进行消毒质量监测及采样。结果 2008-2009年全区共检测6类样品756份,合格率为95.0%,合格率最高的是无菌包为100%,合格率最低的是医护人员手为89.4%,不同类别样品合格率差异有统计学意义(χ2=16.1,P0.05)。2008年监测合格率94.5%,2009年监测合格率95.4%,差异无统计学意义(χ2=0.3,P0.05)。2008-2009年区级医院合格率为98.9%,乡镇卫生院合格率为93.0%,村卫生室和个体诊所样品合格率为89.3%。区级医院监测合格率高于乡镇卫生院和村卫生室及个体诊所,差异有统计学意义(χ2=23.9,P0.05)。结论必须加大对医疗机构消毒管理工作的监督力度,特别应加强对村卫生室和个体诊所医护人员的培训和监督频率。

Surveillance of Disinfection in Medical Facilities in Chaoyang District,Shantou,2008-2009

Objective To understand the disinfection and sterilization effects in the medical facilities at all levels in Chaoyang district and provide scientific evidence to guide the disinfection in hospital and prevent and control nosocomial infection.Methods The surveillance of disinfection was conducted in all medical facilities according to the ＂Disinfection technological Specification＂ and the ＂Criteria of Hospital Disinfection＂ （GB 15982-1995） issued by Ministry of Health.Results In 2008 and 2009,a total of 756 sample of 6 items were tested with qualified rate of 95.0%.The qualified rate of sterility pack was highest （100%）,the rate of medical personnel＇s hand was lowest （89.4%）.The difference on qualified rate of different items was statistical significant （χ2= 16.1,P0.05 ）.The qualified rate was 94.5% in 2008 and 95.4% in 2009,the difference had no statistical significance （χ2=0.3,P0.05）.During 2008-2009,the qualified rate was 98.9% in district hospital,93.0% in township health center and 89.3% in village clinic and practitioner clinic,the difference had statistical significance （χ2=23.9,P0.05）.Conclusion It is necessary to strengthen the supervision of disinfection in medical facilities,especially to train and supervise the health provider in village clinic and practitioners
