摘    要:目的评价CBL+PBL教学法在骨科临床见习代教中的作用。方法采用随机对照研究方法,将学生分为CBL+PBL教学组及对照组。CBL+PBL教学组通过病历准备及制作、教师组收集病例完整资料、为同学创造模拟的医疗环境等过程教授疾病内容;而对照组采用由带教老师先总结大课内容,然后于患者床边讲解病情,归纳总结等传统教授方法。学期末通过对二组学生进行考核,内容包括基础知识及病历分析二个方面,以评价二种教学方法的优劣。结果二组考试成绩比较,基础知识上二组比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),而在病历分析上实验组明显好于对照组(P<0.05)。结论在临床带教中开展CBL+PBL教学法,利于提高本科生临床思维能力,利大弊少,值得推广。

THE APPLICATION OF CBL AND PBL ON IMPROVING CLINICAL TEACHING OF ORTHOPEDICS

Abstract:Objective To evaluate the efficiency of CBL + PBL teaching methods in orthopedic clinical training.Methods A randomized controlled study method was applied.Students were divided into the CBL+PBL teaching group and control group.A simulated medical environment and patients with relative diseases were created for CBL+PBL teaching group by anamnesis preparation and collecting complete data of cases.The traditional teaching methods were adopted,include summarized the lesson content,and then to explain the patient’s condition beside bed,to made a generalization and summarization.In the end of the semester,the basic knowledge and clinical case analysis of the students were assessed.Results The difference of basic knowledge was not statistically significant in two groups(P>0.05),while the ability of the clinical cases analysis was significantly better than control group(P<0.05).Conclusion In clinical teaching to carry out the CBL+PBL pedagogy maybe help to improve the undergraduate’s ability of clinical thinking,so it is worth promoting.
