3种药物治疗大骨节病的临床疗效观察

目的 观察3种药物治疗成人大骨节病患者的临床疗效,为大骨节病病区患者筛选价格低廉、疗效好和副作用小的药物。方法 选择成人大骨节病患者117例,随机分为3组,分别给予口服小活络丸、抗骨增生片和布洛芬缓释胶囊。结果 经2个月治疗,3种药物对减轻患者症状、改善关节功能有效率分别为80.49％、84.85％和95.35％。3种药物治疗大骨节病临床疗效差异无统计学意义(X2=4.35,P>0.05)。结论 小活络丸、抗骨增生片和布络芬缓释胶囊治疗成人大骨节病对改善患者自觉症状、减轻疼痛、恢复关节功能具有肯定疗效。3种药物比较可选用价格低廉、效果肯定的抗骨增生片在病区推广应用。

Clinical observation of therapeutic effect of three kinds of medicine on Kaschin-Beck disease

Objective In order to select the cheapest,most effective drug with low side-effect of the three kinds of drug for adult Kaschin-Beck (KB) patients,we had observed the curative effect of Xiao Huo Luo Wan,Kanggu Zengsheng Pian and Ibuprofen Sustained Release Capsules. Methods 117 adults KB patients were divided into 3 groups at random,each one took orally one of the drugs: Xiao Huo Luo Wan,Kanggu Zengsheng Pian and Ibuprofen Sustained Release Capsules. The results were made by judging the clinical symptom and physical examination. Results After 60-days-treatment, it was showed that the overall efficency rates were 80.49% for Xiao Huo Luo Wan group and 84.85% for Kanggu Zeng Sheng Pian group and 95.35% for Ibuprofen Sustained Release Capsules group. The difference had no statistical significant meaning (P> 0.05). Conclusions The three kinds of drug show affirmative curative effect. As Kanggu Zeng Sheng Pian is cheapest, it can be used widely.
