社区护理干预对老年骨性关节炎治疗效果的影响

目的探讨对老年骨性关节炎病患者实施社区护理干预的效果。方法:选择2012年8月～2013年3月我社区接诊的142例老年骨性关节炎患者实施社区护理,根据骨性关节炎患者的具体情况制定干预措施(建立健康档案、健康教育、饮食护理、心理护理、运动护理、并发症护理),并进行跟踪管理。结果实施护理干预4w后,患者疼痛评分和骨性关节活动与干预前相比,差异有统计学意义(P0.05)。结论多样化和个性化的社区干预能够有效降低患者的疼痛,提高患者生命质量,值得推广。

The therapeutic effect of community nursing intervention in elderly patients with osteoarthritis

Objective ：To investigate the effect of community nursing intervention in elderly patients with osteoarthritis. Methods：Select 142 el- derly patients with osteoarthritis in outpatient admission in the community in August 2012 - March 2013. The interventions was developed ac- cording to the specific circumstances of the patients （Establish health files, health education, diet care, psychological care, sports care and com- plications care）, and track management. Results ： After 4 weeks of nursing intervention, pain scores and bone joint activities to assess were signif- icant difference （P〈0.05）, compared with the pre-intervention, health-related behaviors were significantly improved （P〈0.05）, the scores of each dimension in quality of life was improved （P〈0.05）. Conclusions ： Diversification and personalized community interventions can effectively reduce the area the pain and improve patient quality of life, it is worth promoting.
