三联疗法治疗消化性溃疡疗效及性价比

目的探讨呋喃坦啶片／硫酸庆大霉素注射液与奥美拉唑胶囊三联两周疗法治疗消化性溃疡的疗效及安全性。方法选择100例符合条件的消化性溃疡患者（胃溃疡62例,十二指肠球部溃疡38例）随机分为两组,治疗组采用呋喃坦啶片（1.0每日两次）。硫酸庆大霉素注射液（8万单位,口服,每日两次）与奥美拉唑胶囊（20 mg每日两次）治疗14 d;对照组采用阿莫西林胶囊（500 mg每日两次）、甲硝唑片（400 mg每日两次）和胶体果胶铋胶囊（100 mg每日两次）,两组均于早晚空腹服用治疗14 d复查,观察溃疡愈合率,症状缓解情况及不良反应等。结果治疗组的溃疡愈合率,症状缓解情况及不良反应等优于对照组,两组差异无统计学意义（P〉0.05）。治疗组与对照组每例治疗药费分别为24.86元,47.6元,治疗组根除期望比对照组低22.74元。结论呋喃坦啶、庆大霉素与奥美拉唑三联两周疗法是治疗消化性溃疡的理想选择。

Therapy Curing Peptic Ulcer Abstract

Objective To discuss efficacy and safety of Furadantin tablet,Gentamicin sulfate injection and Omeprazole Capsules triple therapy of two weeks curing Peptic Ulcer.Methods Choosing 100 cases of Peptic Ulcer patient with certain conditions（Gastric ulcer 62 cases,Duodenal ulcer38cases） are randomly allocated into two groups.Treatment group adopts Furadantin tablet（1.0 twice daily） Gentamicin sulfate injection（8o,ooo unit,taking orally） with Omeprazole Capsules（20mg twice daily） to cure 14 days.Control group adopts Amoxicillin Capsules（500mg twice daily）,Metronidazole Tablets（400g twice daily） and Colloidal Bismuth Pectin Capsules（100mg twice daily）.Both of two groups take medicine in empty stomach to cure 14 days in the morning and night and then recheck,observing Ulcer healing rate,situation of symptoms relieving,adverse reaction and so on.Results The ulcer healing rates,situation of symptom relieving and adverse reaction,etc of treatment group are better than control group＇s;the difference of two groups has no meaning of Statistics（P0.05）.The expense of treatment group and control group are 24.86 yuan and 47.6 yuan.The expectation of eradication of treatment group is lower 22.74 yuan than control group＇s.Conclusion Furadatin Gentamicin,and Omeprazole triple therapy of two weeks is ideal choice of curing peptic ulcer.
